FIELD TRIP--Tuesday, March 15-Drinking Water Treatment Plant: Staunton
*Only families preregistered may attend with Raw Learning. Spring Trimester field trips will be available to register for on March 14th.
9:45am- Arrive Drinking Water Treatment Plant. The address is 1771 Englewood Drive, Staunton. They are actually located on the dead end of Craigmont Road just north of Emeritus Senior Living Center (formally Loyalton). Heading west on Churchville Avenue, turn right onto Englewood at the top of the hill (just before the City limits) and follow the signs to Public Works entrance. Turn left onto Craigmont and then bear to the left just past the entrance to Emeritus, come through the half-closed main gate and stop at the front building (three-story w/brick façade).
11:00am-Tour ends.
Shenandoah Pizza: Staunton
11:20am- Arrive Shenandoah Pizza located at 19 E. Beverly Street. You can find on-street parking or find a spot in the garage off of Johnson Street or the garage off of New Street.
1:30pm-leave Shenandoah Pizza
**Dress warmly. The temperature will be in the 30s!

The Unschoolers Waterpark Gathering at the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark Resort on May 16-20 will be our long distance field trip this Spring. Please contact Gleamer directly if you would like to attend and share a Suite.
Arts and Crafts in the Afternoon
Friday, March 18th. Last class before break. Come see what Crystal has planned.
Calling all teachers and volunteers!
Please contact Gleamer if you are interested in teaching and/or volunteering during the Spring Trimester. Attend Raw Learning at a reduced rate or for free!
We still need a volunteer for Monday mornings.
Thursday has an opening if you would like to teach a class then.
The Class Schedule so far:
Monday: Makers, River Spirit Pageant. The Pageant will be replaced by Connecting with Nature on May 2nd.
Wednesday: Outdoor Physical Education, Science and Math for 9s->Teens
Thursday: Fun with Food
Friday: Eco-Crafting with Crystal, Storybook Cooking
