**Field Trip- Tuesday, May 18th –Fastrax: Waynesboro
*Only families preregistered may attend with Raw Learning. Fall Trimester field trips will be available to register for in August.
9:30AM- Raw Learning volunteers and students will leave Staunton and head to Fastrax, which is located directly off of I-64 at Exit 94. Their address is 1110 Red Top Orchard Road, Waynesboro, VA 22980.
10:00AM-Arrive Fastrax.
12:00PM-Leave Fastrax. If the weather is tolerable, we’ll go to Ridgeview Park to picnic and play.
**The go-carts will be available even if it’s raining. Please dress accordingly and bring an extra change of clothes, if need be.
Field Trip-Wednesday, May 19th-Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport: Weyer’s Cave
9:55AM-Meet Airport representative Debbie in the grassy observation area between the buildings.
10:00AM-Tour begins promptly.
11:00-11:30AM-Tour ends.
Peaceful Parenting Discussion Group

If you are, come check out our discussion group that meets the 4th Monday of every month. We meet to support one another as we explore and practice non-coercive parenting and consensual living. This is a parenting practice that values the wants and needs of everyone equally - regardless of age - and avoids power struggles through the creation of mutually agreeable solutions.

Homeschool BBQ
Join us at Raw Learning for FREE on Wednesday, May 26th for a barbeque from 11:00-2:30. We’ll have water to play in and outside games galore! Please bring something to throw on the grill or a dish to pass. Let Gleamer know if you will be able to attend.
Ceramics
ARC of Harrisonburg donated 15 boxes of a wide assortment of ceramics to Raw Learning that they no longer wanted to store. We also have acrylic paint. Would you or someone you know like to come and facilitate a ceramics painting class for the fall? Please contact Gleamer.
